Skin Defined

Skins are adhesive-backed vinyl pieces pre-cut to fit your game console or handheld device. While there are some products on the market for iPod’s and playstations that are made of hard plastic or thin vinyls, not all skins are the same, as our product is flexible and unique due to our “Bespoke” components.

Q: I don't have a credit card or PayPal account; how can I order?

A: We understand not everyone has access to a credit card, so we allow you to place an online order using "Cashier's Check or Money Order" as a payment method. When you've placed the order, you simply print the email or make a note of the order number and send your payment to the address included in that email. We do require that payment is received within ten days, though - we delete unpaid orders from the system after that.

Q: Where can I find instructions on how to install my skin?

A: The skin installation instruction is included in the packaging. If this is not the case, please call us on 0207 251 6295 or email us at info@bespokeskins.com in order to be sent new set of instructions. We may also be able to direct you verbally or via phone on how to install the skins.

Q: Do you have a reseller program?

A: Yes! We have a wide range of pricing and discounts available to fit any sized companies needs. You can submit a request for more information.

Q: Do you have a promotional skin pricing?

A: Yes we do. We send this out along with samples of our product if requested. For more information on promotional pricing/ideas, email info@bespokeskins.com with your inquiries.

Q: What happens if I have a problem installing my skin or accessory?

A: Email us. (info@bespokeskins.com) or call us. (0207 251 6295). We will be more than happy to help and assist you to install your new personalised skins.

Q: How long will my order take to get to me?

A: That depends on time of year, your shipping method, and your location. We produce all skins to order, so orders normally ship within 3-5 working days from when the order is placed.
For orders shipped within the UK, estimated delivery times are:
4 - 7 working days

For orders shipped outside the UK, estimated delivery times are:
7 - 12 working days

Note: customs can affect delivery times for international orders.

Q: I've got a design I'd like made into a skin. Can you help?

A: Most definitely!! (The artwork must be yours as we cannot reproduce copyrighted images or logos). Bringing your ideas and designs to life is part of Bespoke Skins main objective. Just send your request go to info@bespokeskins.com and you will be contacted by a member of our team.
