| As from 2001-06-01 the following procedure will be used to
manage multiple concurrent logins.
4.1 Detect, at regular intervals, any instances of multiple
sessions and users:
A monitoring process polls all the
routers every 10 minutes and logs all instances of multiple
concurrent logins.
4.2 After detection the user's internet account is disabled:
The disabling of the user's account occurs during the daily
run without any intervention.
4.3 To re-activate the user's account, the customer has to
send a request to the Megaserve Help Desk:
The account will be activated within 24 hours.
4.4 When a user's account is disabled 3 or more times, Megaserve
will escalate the severity of action against the user:
This escalation might take the form
of a written warning that the account will be terminated if
such abuse continues.
4.5 Should a user's account be disabled 6 or more times within
a period of 3 months, the account will be terminated:
The user would be required to follow the usual route of re-applying
for an internet account through Megaserve.
